Were looking for a compassionate proactive Autism Support Coach to join our Employment and Inclusion Support team. This role is part of the Norfolk Adult Autism Short-Term Support Service offering tailored time-limited support to autistic adults to help reduce the need for formal social care assessments.

You will:

• deliver person-centred coaching to autistic adults in Diss and the surrounding areas

• help individuals overcome barriers to accessing services community activities employment and learning

• create and manage coaching plans with SMART objectives and progression pathways

• facilitate group and individual coaching sessions in community settings

• build relationships with local services and stakeholders to support holistic outcomes

• promote peer support groups and contribute to service development
  Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding and GDPR standards.

You will have:

• experience working with autistic adults and/or people with learning disabilities

• a Level 2 qualification in IAG Coaching Mentoring Teaching or equivalent experience

• strong communication problem-solving and organisational skills

• the ability to work independently and flexibly across Norfolk

• confidence in using MS Office and managing service documentation

• knowledge of local services and labour market information is a plus.
