Job Summary
Description of the role:
University Home Care Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Macomb MI. You will be going to the client home and assist them with their care plan. This job position have two shifts two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening 7 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care
- Assessing and monitoring patients conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare team members
Requirements:
- LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Be able to pass a background check
- Two forms of ids and own transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
