Job Summary

Summary:

The Regional Project Executive is responsible for leading clients through the initial phases of HB Build projects ensuring successful closure and seamless transition to the execution team. This position requires a highly motivated individual who excels at balancing independent initiative with effective teamwork. The Regional Project Executive will cultivate both established and new internal relationships with Account Managers in Utah and Nevada to generate interest and serve as a subject matter expert in promoting HB Build solutions collaboratively. Additionally this role will oversee all HB Build House projects managing their progression from Business Development lead through to handoff with the execution team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn Develop a deep understanding of all of HB Builds offerings to authentically bring the best solution forward to our clients and partners.
  • Share Use these learnings to educate and promote the advantages of prefab interior construction to clients and industry partners positioning HB Build as a leader in innovative solutions.
  • Foster Cultivate and expand relationships with HB Builds existing and new clients and partners to nurture opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Project Execution Upon receiving the lead from Business Development Market Leader or Account Manager trigger the process within HB Build through Taskframe Salesforce and generation of a DIRTT PON. RPE is then responsible for the work that takes place until PM pass-off:
    • The Regional Project Executive is responsible for overseeing all project activities from initial client engagement and project development through to the point where the project is formally handed off to the Project Management team. This includes managing client communications collecting and documenting project requirements ensuring all relevant information is entered into systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Planner coordinating internal resources and facilitating a thorough and effective transition to the execution team.
  • Be a Team Player Collaborate closely with internal teams including design operations and project management the local market leaders etc. to ensure client needs are met effectively and internal resources are being used strategically. Maintain flexibility and willingness to support your teammates to ensure the desired outcome.
  • Stay Organized Salesforce is the internal selling language at HB - its how we stay connected and cross-sell effectively. The expectation is to maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and project pipeline within Salesforce (as well as Microsoft Planner).
