Job Summary
Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Alexandria Egypt
Employment type: local Contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the companys products services and solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including rotational shifts and overnight shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet distraction-free workspace.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
