1. Handling purchasing and receiving from Issuing POs and collect Invoices
2. Report staff performance to the operations manager
3. Contribute and add new menu items regularly with the operations manager.
4. Develop and motivate team members through identify certain KPIs and targets.
5. Implement loss/risk prevention to minimize shrinkage and wastages.
6. Handle compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
7. Manage training of baristas.
8. Be on-call with the responsibility to respond to problems or fill-in when needed.
9. solve problems and make decisions that benefit the business within his work scope.
Qualifications :
1. Excellent communication and teaching skills
2. Proactive approach to problem-solving and staff management
3. Superior leadership capabilities
4. Ability to work well within groups
5. At least 5 years of experience in the coffee industry
6. Be a model barista both as far as bar skills customer service and enthusiasm to share knowledge
7. Detail-oriented 8. Previous management experience is a must .
