Your Team When You Join Us
You will report to the HR Manager and closely collaborate with a dedicated Recruiter who will be the main responsible for the overall recruitment of the roles assigned to both of you.

- You have proven experience in recruitment in the Netherlands market
- You have wide network of local Dutch talents that you can tap into
- You are great in finding the best talents reaching out to them and ensuring that they are engaged and supported throughout the whole recruitment process
- You are driven and has the attitude to do everything needed to close out roles as soon as possible.
Couple of the notes about the role
- This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
- This role is only for candidates who are currently based in The Netherlands and who does not need work visa sponsorship now or at any point in the future.
- We do not offer visa sponsorship candidates must already have the right to work in the Netherlands.
- This is an as - needed role with a maximum of 20 hours per week depending on the companys requirement.
- You must be able to commit at least 4 hours per day 20 hours per week or more if needed.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( to track hours worked.
Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis.
