Were looking for a Digital Content & Community Specialist someone creative ambitious and resourceful who wants to grow into a full-time role as part of a forward-thinking group operating across multiple is not your typical social media job. Youll be creating editing and managing content that drives real engagement from videos and posts to innovative community spaces on platforms like WhatsApp Channels Telegram and beyond. Youll be at the intersection of creativity communication and technology helping our brands connect with their audiences in meaningful authentic have the freedom to help design your own content setup from equipment to workflow. Were looking for someone whos excited to experiment take initiative and build something from the ground up.

Location: On site - Birkirkara

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Content & Community Specialist your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    Create and edit multimedia content (short-form video graphics posts) for our brands and initiatives.
    Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.) ensuring consistent tone engagement and storytelling.
    Develop and manage innovative communication channels including WhatsApp Channels Telegram communities and other direct-engagement tools.
    Support campaign planning and contribute creative ideas to upcoming launches announcements and initiatives.
    Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure alignment across projects and brands.
    Monitor trends and stay ahead of digital shifts testing new formats engagement tactics and creative approaches.
    Assist with basic graphic design tasks ensuring all content is visually cohesive and on-brand.
    Capture and produce content on-site at events offices or locations across Malta

Requirements:

    Naturally creative driven and hungry to learn someone who doesnt just post but creates impact.
    Able to think strategically about engagement and how to use content to tell stories and drive growth.
    Comfortable using video editing tools (e.g: CapCut Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve or similar) and design tools (e.g: Canva Photoshop Figma).
    Strong understanding of social and community platforms including emerging ones like WhatsApp Channels Telegram and Discord.
    Flexible proactive and willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
    Excellent communication skills both written and visual.
    Driving licence required as some content will be captured across different locations in Malta.
    Experience in a marketing or creative agency environment is an asset but not essential.
