Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge Year 6 pupils
- Prepare pupils effectively for end-of-KS2 assessments while promoting confidence and resilience
- Use a range of assessment tools to monitor progress and inform next steps in learning
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues support staff and parents to ensure all pupils achieve their full potential
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through events and enrichment activities
