Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Leadership: Management of the premises team oversight of day-to-day operations and strategic input into future site development.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all facilities comply with statutory regulations and maintaining rigorous security and access controls across the historic campus.
- Facilities Management: Managing cyclical maintenance programmes negotiating supplier contracts and ensuring the estate is optimally presented at all times.
