Project Overview
Client is seeking an Operations Finance Coordinator to support its Operations Finance department. The role involves performing administrative and financial coordination tasks to ensure accurate data management reporting and billing operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple financial functions with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices and credit memos accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain data structures for financial management systems including budget data consolidation and loading.
- Set up projects for billing and time tracking.
- Compile analyze and report financial data across multiple business segments ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Research and resolve inquiries billing discrepancies and data issues.
- Ensure proper approval processes and maintain compliance with audit requirements.
- Perform authorization tracking and monitor changes in contract values.
- Support month-end closing and related financial activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Formal academic or vocational qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance accounting or administrative coordination.
- Technical certifications may be required for certain specialized tasks.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage and protect confidential and sensitive information.
- Skilled in handling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
