Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in AWS serverless architecture TypeScript Angular DynamoDB and OpenSearch to lead design and development efforts for mission-critical applications. This role involves owning key technical decisions mentoring developers and ensuring best practices in scalability performance and cloud-native design. Youll collaborate closely with product owners architects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality production-ready solutions in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and delivery of end-to-end full-stack solutions using TypeScript Angular and AWS serverless technologies (Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB OpenSearch).
- Architect scalable secure and maintainable systems leveraging cloud-native and serverless design patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and data models optimized for performance in DynamoDB and OpenSearch.
- Conduct code reviews set coding standards and guide the team in adopting modern development practices.
- Drive CI/CD implementation version control strategy and automated testing for faster and reliable releases.
- Troubleshoot production issues analyze performance bottlenecks and ensure application resilience.
- Mentor and coach junior developers fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of professional full-stack development experience with 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript Angular and modern front-end architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise with AWS Serverless Stack - Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB OpenSearch S3 and CloudWatch.
- Proven experience in modernizing legacy systems and implementing scalable data models.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design NoSQL data modeling and cloud performance tuning.
- Experience leading teams in agile development environments.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools Git workflows and DevOps collaboration.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Docker Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Exposure to AI/automation tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Background in high-availability serverless enterprise systems.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
