Job Summary

Develop project charters and value case for the projects assigned
Lead and manage projects aligned
Work closely with SMEs to gather analyze and document current process flows controls and pain points
Partner with external vendors governance SMEs Service delivery and cross functional teams
Facilitate discovery workshops with process owners/key stakeholders to align on objectives and improvement areas
Develop detailed process maps Playbook DTPs and governance documents as per GPO model & BPQMS standards
Document definition of KPIs metrics and control standards for process measurement
Support SMEs in conducting gap analysis between current and desired future-state processes
5 years in business analysis process documentation or operational excellence roles.
Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes (end-to-end).
Experience in business process modeling (Visio ARIS or equivalent tools)
Strong analytical documentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication - able to present findings clearly and concisely.
