Job Summary
Event Fundraising Associate - Sugar Land TX
We are looking for energetic and engaging individuals to join our team as Event Fundraising this role you will represent our charity partners at pop-up events outdoor retail setups and community locations connecting with the public to raise awareness and inspire donations. This is a hands-on face-to-face outreach position for people who enjoy interacting with others and making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
Represent charity partners at scheduled events retail pop-ups and community locations
Start conversations with attendees and passersby about the cause and mission
Clearly explain programs services and how donations support the organization
Encourage support through one-time or recurring contributions
Set up and break down event displays tables signage and materials
Maintain accurate records of donor information and daily results
Work collaboratively with your team to meet campaign goals
What We Are Looking For
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with new people in busy event environments
Professional reliable and motivated to achieve goals
Interest in charity work and community impact
Ability to stand for extended periods and work both indoors and outdoors
Must be 18 or older
