Job Overview
We are in search of a Business Development Executive to be a part of our team. You should be able to approach and acquire new customers. Besides you should also be able to maintain long-term business relations with the existing customers.
As a Business Development Executive you will assist customers with any of their queries and requests. Your job role will plan and implement marketing.
To be able to perform in this role you will have knowledge of our addition to this you will be highly motivated and have a solutions-focused mindset. A candidate with a proven work experience in this job role will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with new team members
- Staying up to date with the companys products and services
- Engage in marketing mentoring and connection-building through comprehensive training and support.
- Mentor and support professionals exploring new career directions
- Building and maintaining long-term business relations with team members
- Attending and participating in weekly Zoom sessions to upgrade your skills
- Conducting market research and identifying new marketing opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers
- Making outbound calls and conduct structured interviews and guide professionals through onboarding (Training Provided)
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the Sales department as a Business Development Executive Business Development Representative or a similar role
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated individual
- A team player as well as able to work independently
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
