Job Summary

Job Overview

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Administrative department. Your duties will include greeting clients and assisting them with their queries. Besides you should also be able to address customer issues on call. Furthermore you should be able to prepare presentations reports and memos.

You will also be responsible for keeping a record of all the daily activities. Moreover you should be able to take dictations and prepare minutes of the meetings. You should be able to schedule meetings and provide reminders for the same. Monitoring and maintaining the filing systems will also be a part of your job responsibilities.

As an Executive Assistant you should be well-versed with various office management addition to this you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be highly motivated and demonstrate good problem-solving abilities. A successful candidate with proven work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming calls and diverting them to the concerned team members
  • Greeting clients and directing them to the respective departments
  • Taking messages and making note of any requests from clients
  • Maintaining and updating a diary of all day-to-day activities
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Providing important reminders and notifications
  • Taking the responsibility of making travel arrangements
  • Preparing minutes of the meetings
  • Taking dictations from the Managing Director
  • Assisting in preparing presentations reports invoices and memos
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Fresher or Proven 1 year experience in the Administrative department as an Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant Administrative Coordinator or a similar position
  • Complete knowledge of MS Office Tools Google Workspace etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Good observational and analytical skills
  • Impressive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Well-groomed and motivated individual
