Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing & Communications to join our team in Lucknow this role you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing marketing strategies managing communications initiatives and leading a team of marketing professionals.

  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Oversee social media presence and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness
  • Lead content creation efforts including copywriting for marketing materials and corporate communications
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing projects
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation for marketing initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications with a focus on digital marketing
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with content creation and copywriting for various marketing channels
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
  • Understanding of brand management and corporate communications principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting software
