Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Mondays to Fridays 11:00 am to 4:00 pm California USA
- 25 hours per week
- Client timezone: Pacific Time
- Set up and optimize course structures email sequences and automation workflows within Kajabi
- Test and troubleshoot all automations and workflows to ensure flawless functionality
- Create comprehensive SOPs and instructional Loom videos for business processes
- Manage contact databases organize customer information and handle affiliate program setup
- Upload and organize video content on YouTube and perform WordPress website maintenance
- Design branded graphics and materials using Canva with established brand guidelines
- Utilize AI tools for troubleshooting process optimization and problem-solving
- Coordinate projects and tasks using Basecamp project management system
- Support high-intensity launch periods with scaled hours and additional responsibilities
- Maintain quality control standards and verify all work meets business requirements
Requirements
- Strong technical proficiency with Kajabi (preferred) or GoHighLevel platform experience
- Experience with WordPress Canva and project management tools like Basecamp
- Proven ability to set up and test email marketing automation and complex workflows
- Skills in creating SOPs and instructional videos using tools like Loom
- Knowledge of AI tools for troubleshooting and process improvement
- Experience with affiliate program management and setup
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to test thoroughly and verify all work
- Self-directed work style requiring minimal supervision or micromanagement
- Bonus if you have experience working with online coaches or feminine-focused businesses
- It helps if you understand online course creation and launch processes
