Job Summary

As a Product Owner AI and Automation you will:

Translate business needs into AI-driven automated solutions and define the strategic product roadmap covering functional and technical aspects.
Manage product backlog budgeting and ensuring alignment with business objectives and Agile best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Designers Scrum Masters) to define requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Drive continuous improvement monitor KPIs and ensure quality security and compliance of digital products.
Promote Agile transformation and cross-team collaboration to deliver end-to-end impactful product solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 810 years of relevant experience with a strong background as a Product Owner or in product management roles.
Proven track record of translating business needs into AI-powered solutions.
Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and process automation opportunities.
Familiarity with AI technologies and OCR/ICR tools such as ABBYY.
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies backlog management and product delivery lifecycle.

You should possess the ability to:

Drive strategic planning and product evolution in an Agile environment.
Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and manage complex priorities effectively.
Identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve business processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product features aligned with business goals.
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate success and continuously improve product value.
Serve as a change catalyst promoting Agile principles and innovation throughout the organization.
