Dinepalace is a digital solutions company that supports restaurants with online ordering and marketing tools. We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant with strong knowledge of Zoho Recruit to help manage our recruitment and employee engagement activities.
The HR Consultant will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment through Zoho Recruit conducting HR interviews managing employee surveys and appraisals and ensuring that the team uses the time tracking system effectively
- Manage the entire recruitment process through Zoho Recruit.
- Review resumes shortlist candidates and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
- Manage employee surveys feedback forms and performance appraisals.
- Encourage and ensure all team members use Team Logger for time tracking.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate data accurately.
- Assist in improving HR processes and maintaining smooth communication within the team.
Requirements
- 810 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Recruit and HR operations.
- Good understanding of employee engagement and performance management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Organized reliable and able to work independently in a remote role.

Minimum proven experience of about 8-10 years in HR Recruitment & Operations Being an Individual contributor and may have reportees but is expected to own large aspects of operations depending on the skills possessed Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
