Job Description

What you will be doing:

Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
Evaluate liability damages and treatment plans
Draft and review demand packages
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
Collaborate with a full support team including case managers demand writers and lien negotiators
Maintain detailed notes and case activity in the firm’s legal CRM (Litify)

Experience you will need:

Active California Bar License and in good standing
Minimum 4 years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution
Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred
Must be highly organized self-motivated and able to work independently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
