POS Tool Management
- Support the development of activation plans and toolkits that drive Red Bulls visibility and volume in trade ensuring the brand Looks Like #1 across all On Premise segments (Bars Clubs HORECA QSR Catering etc.).
- Develop and optimize Red Bulls digital and physical POS suite to elevate visibility and brand consistency.
- Manage local POS requests and monitor stock placement and compliance across key accounts.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver premium brand-aligned POS materials and monitor in-trade execution quality in partnership with regional field teams.
Trade Marketing Support
- Assist in rolling out trade marketing initiatives and POS campaigns adapting HQ toolkits for local markets and ensuring execution consistency.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective use of POS at events outlets and customer promotions.
- Help communicate trade marketing strategies and tools to field and sales teams supporting alignment between marketing sales and operations.
- Support the planning and execution of On Premise activations and trade programs to secure new business and drive demand within existing accounts.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to integrate digital touchpoints into Red Bulls POS ecosystem.
- Gather feedback from outlets and regional teams on POS effectiveness stock usage and visual impact.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements through reporting insights and trend tracking to strengthen execution standards.
- Collaborate with HQ and local teams to develop creative insight-driven POS concepts that respond to On Premise trends.
Qualifications :
Tertiary Qualification - Commercial marketing or similar degree
Working on own initiative; hands-on mentality.
Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
Knowledge or experience in On Premise marketing and trade environments.
Ability to connect creative POS ideas with commercial impact.
Strong analytical coordination and presentation skills.
Computer Skills: Excel & PowerPoint literate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for agency and customer interaction.
Commercial awareness desirable.
Passion for Red Bulls brand values and culture.
Personal Traits: Will-to-Win Credible Analytical Resilient Enthusiastic Respectful Energetic Resourceful Confident Team Player Innovative Self-motivated.
