Your scope includes:

• Proactively promoting the regions brands across local domestic and international markets.

• Securing new business and managing existing key accounts to maximise revenue potential.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients travel partners and event organisers.

• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Representing the company at trade shows travel functions roadshows and sales trips.

• Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.

About You

You are an energetic and proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You have a proven track record in hotel salesparticularly in the Leisure and MICE segmentsand possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 35 years experience in hotel sales preferably within the Leisure and/or MICE markets.

• Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

• Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at industry events.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
Pro-active self motivated loves challenges
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel
Excellent communication skills
The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
