Job Summary
Be Group is assisting our Philadelphia client in identifying and hiring a supply chain professional to join their growing company.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Materials & Inventory Management: Monitor material requirements maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Supplier Coordination: Support supplier sourcing and qualification manage purchase orders track supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Production Support: Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to align production schedules with material availability and customer demand.
- Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments work with carriers and support freight cost analysis.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate supply chain data in ERP/MRP systems prepare reports on KPIs (inventory turns lead times on-time delivery cost performance).
- Continuous Improvement: Assist with supply chain process improvements cost reduction initiatives and implementation of best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering quality sales and customer service to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
