Job Summary
Pay Rates Starting between: $18.50 - $30.55 / hour
The purpose of this job is to perform safe accurate and timely shipping and receiving procedures in the warehouse.
Essential Functions
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Verify process package and ship orders accurately and timely
- Receive unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Maintain inventory records
- Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Model behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules regulations policies and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Minimum two years experience working in a warehouse required
- Forklift certification required Specialized Knowledge
- Knowledge of order fulfillment and automated warehouse management systems
Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks
- Ability to work as part of team
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
