Were looking for a Management Advisor internally known as Management Support to join our team and help drive change shape priorities and provide strategic insights that make a real difference. Ara Whiwhi Mahi The Opportunity

We are looking for someone with a strong focus on creating great working relationships to enable the delivery of timely advice and support to the Programme Lead and the wider team.

As the teams Management Support you will

• Provide advice and analysis to support the Programme Lead and Senior Leadership Team
• Provide strategic insights on improvement opportunities within Policy
• Support workforce planning by assessing current capability identifying future skill needs and helping align resources to organisational priorities
• Oversee business-as-usual work planning and prioritisation processes
• Challenge the status quo by presenting and testing new ideas
• Support and enhance our reporting to meet business needs

• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills at all levels
• Can confidently provide strategic advice and influence decision-making
• The ability to organise and plan to multi-task and to juggle competing priorities
