Job Summary
We are hiring a Junior Engineer (Civil) to assist in site supervision, quality control, and daily project execution.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, site measurements, and coordination with contractors.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Assist the Senior Engineer and Quality Surveyor in day-to-day site activities.
∙ Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
∙ Supervise contractor work and ensure adherence to drawings/specifications.
∙ Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site records.
∙ Ensure safety practices are followed on site.
∙ Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials and execution.
∙ Coordinate with the quality surveyor for material and manpower planning.
Requirements
∙ Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
∙ Minimum 2 years of site experience in construction projects.
∙ Basic understanding of drawings, BOQ, and construction techniques.
∙ Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
∙ Strong team player with attention to detail.
∙ Willingness to work on-site full-time.
