Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate patient services.
- Maintain compliance with hospice regulations and company policies.
- Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to clinical team members
