Job Summary
Helps keep community and surrounding areas in clean orderly and well maintained condition by performing the following duties:
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures marble surfaces and trim.
- Cleans hallways lobbies lounges rest rooms corridors elevators stairways and locker rooms and other work areas.
- Cleans rugs carpets upholstered furniture and draperies.
- Washes walls ceiling and woodwork. Washes windows door panels and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Maintenance of outside grounds and parking areas which includes but is not limited to picking up litter and keeping walkways and driveways free of debris.
- Delivers messages. Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
- Assists housekeeping staff with heavy cleaning or moving of items.
- Picking up soiled linen and trash from housekeepers carts.
- Towing rolling trash bins to be emptied and compacted.
Qualifications :
Experience with floor machine
