Job Summary

(1) Administration Facility & Asset Management

Oversee general office administration and ensure efficient daily operations at SCH HQ and its branches.

Supervise facility maintenance office  cleanliness  and security  in coordination  with domestic and support staff.

Ensure  procurement  and  service  contracts  related  to  office  supplies  repairs  and utilities.

Asset management -fixed and intangible:

  • Establish and maintain a central asset register with tagging valuation depreciation schedules and location tracking for all fixed assets (buildings vehicles IT hardware furniture medical equipment etc.).
  • Safeguard  and optimize  intangible assets including brands trademarks  and other intellectual property.

Leadership Skills: Capable of leading and managing a team effectively.


Qualifications :

Bachelors degree from a recognized university.

Conceptual knowledge of administration and office management.

Experience in  operations  administration  HR  procurement  and  logistics  is  an advantage.
