Were looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Fixed Assets to join our Fixed Assets team. Reporting to the Manager US GAAP youll be responsible for:

  • Managing fixed asset accounting processes incl. capitalization disposals transfers impairments and depreciation and complying with US GAAP/other standards
  • Performing asset reconciliations roll-forwards and alignment of global secondary books with corporate standards
  • Supporting internal and external audits by preparing schedules documentation and providing detailed explanations as required
  • Collaborating with regional finance teams to uphold consistency in global accounting practices while driving process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Assisting in preparing management reports and analyzing capital expenditures to provide insights for decision-making

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • or CA with 6 years of experience in accounting with a strong focus on fixed asset management
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles specifically around fixed assets
  • Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); experience with global multi-entity reporting is a must

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Advanced certifications in accounting/finance (e.g. CPA ACCA)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite
  • Previous work experience in a multinational organization with exposure to global accounting practices and SOX compliance
