Job Summary
- Lead and evolve the HR strategy in alignment with firmwide goals.
- Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition employee engagement learning and development compliance compensation and benefits.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team promoting innovation and collaboration.
- Guide organizational development initiatives including succession planning leadership development and cultural integration for M&A activity.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning change management and policy development.
- Champion performance management by implementing tools processes and leadership training.
- Drive a positive workplace culture through coaching employee relations and clear communication.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience including 3-5 years in a people management role.
- Strong leadership project management interpersonal and communication skills.
- SHRM-CP certification is highly desired.
- Must be able to travel to HEI offices and other relevant areas as needed typically no more than a few times a month.
