Job Summary

  • Lead and evolve the HR strategy in alignment with firmwide goals.
  • Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition employee engagement learning and development compliance compensation and benefits.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team promoting innovation and collaboration.
  • Guide organizational development initiatives including succession planning leadership development and cultural integration for M&A activity.
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning change management and policy development.
  • Champion performance management by implementing tools processes and leadership training.
  • Drive a positive workplace culture through coaching employee relations and clear communication.
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience including 3-5 years in a people management role.
  • Strong leadership project management interpersonal and communication skills.
  • SHRM-CP certification is highly desired.
  • Must be able to travel to HEI offices and other relevant areas as needed typically no more than a few times a month.
