Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Management Officer / Business Assistant to provide operational administrative and financial support to our Project Management and Delivery teams.

This is a support role ideal for someone with strong organizational and analytical skills who enjoys working in a structured detail-oriented environment. The position does not involve decision-making authority over projects or teams but focuses on enabling efficient project execution through data accuracy coordination and process assistance.

The Project Management Office (PMO) works closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects the accuracy of financial data and the consistency of reporting and forecasting processes across engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Delivery Managers Project Managers and the wider Leadership Team.

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial and operational reports ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

  • Maintain and update data within systems such as Excel Jira Confluence and where applicable Power BI.

  • Support budget tracking cost/revenue monitoring and forecasting activities ensuring all project data is complete and accurate.

  • Prepare and distribute status summaries meeting notes and documentation for project boards and internal reviews.

  • Help implement and follow up on processes procedures and controls established by senior PMO or management teams.

  • Support audit and compliance activities including SOX controls if applicable.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Finance Legal and other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of information.


Qualifications :

  • Solid understanding of financial and business administration principles.

  • Experience with financial reporting P&L tracking invoicing and contract or timesheet management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with project tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Slovenian and English.

  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Customer-focused proactive and adaptable to dynamic team environments.
