Job Summary
Team presentation and main goal:
- Supervises the campaign management team (2 seniors and 4 juniors) CRM coordinator and Data Analysts.
Main tasks and goals:
- Ensures coordination with the CRM manager in Paris.
- Coordinates cross-functional topics between data analysts and the CRM team in Porto (file formatting file loading etc.).
- Responsible for the teams workload.
- Allocates marketing campaigns in collaboration with the CRM campaign managers.
- Manages CRM projects (As a Leader).
Qualifications :
- Degree in Marketing or Management.
- Experience in CRM (Adobe Campaign).
- Team management.
- Fluent in English and French (minimum B2).
- MS Office
- Communicative.
- Organized.
