Job Summary

We are looking for junior profiles who are eager to learn and grow in the technical area of infrastructure and Workplace to join Inetums Help Desk team for an innovative project with a client in the Telecommunications sector. The role will be performed on a hybrid basis based in Lisbon and in rotating shifts providing first-line technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and resolving first-line technical requests related to infrastructure Workplace and services.
  • Recording and monitoring incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Escalating more complex situations to second-line teams.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective and friendly support.
  • Collaborating with technical teams for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Technical training (preferably in IT networking or telecommunications).
  • Previous experience in technical support roles is valued.
  • Interest and motivation to learn about infrastructure and telecommunications.
  • Basic knowledge of Help Desk (Windows networks remote support tools).
  • Good communication skills and customer focus.
  • Team spirit and proactivity.

 

     


    Additional Information :

    Location: Lisbon

    Work schedule: Hybrid. Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
