- Responsible for sales in defined territory through active development maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers
- Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
- Support of dealers in B2B portal
- Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing
- Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
- Manages defined sales territory financials (credits open receivables projected sales allowances/cost concessions) and escalates for support where required and coordinates with regional sales manager (RSM) with regards to cross business units activities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing / E-commerce / Business Admin or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of working experience in sales and candidate with relevant working experience related to Power Tools industry will be added advantage.
- Proven track record of generating new business and rapid revenue growth with excellent value selling and negotiation skills.
- Equipped with professional negotiation skills
- Excellence communication skills in the area of negotiation presentations and interpersonal.
- High frequency in traveling is needed.
