Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Store Executive to join our team in Mysuru India. As a Store Executive you will play a crucial role in managing our stores inventory ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of organization and customer service.
- Lead and supervise the storeroom team to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Manage the receiving storing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Verify and inspect all received goods against purchase orders for quantity quality and condition
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Implement and oversee proper stock rotation practices to minimize spoilage
- Process and fulfill requisitions from various departments in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean organized storage area
- Generate and analyze inventory reports including slow-moving stock lists
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
- Implement and maintain security measures for the storeroom
- Assist in conducting periodic inventories as required
- Continuously improve store processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or inventory management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Physical ability to handle merchandise and work in a warehouse environment
- Solid understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Strong math skills for inventory calculations and reporting
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
