WHAT YOULL DO
Own the design development and delivery of TA reporting dashboards to track KPIs (time-to-fill pipeline health conversion rates quality of hire)
Use tools such as Excel (advanced) SQL Tableau/Power BI or ATS reporting modules to produce actionable hiring insights.
Partner with HR Analytics to ensure consistency accuracy and automation in recruiting data pipelines.
Identify process bottlenecks through funnel analytics and recommend process improvements.
Produce monthly and quarterly recruitment analytics reports for senior leadership.
Continuously evaluate recruiting tools sourcing platforms job boards and sourcing automation technology.
Work with data teams to integrate ATS data into broader HR dashboards and analytics.
Apply data visualization best practices to communicate recruiting performance to business stakeholders.
WHATS REQUIRED
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Data Analytics Business Intelligence or a related field or equivalent technical and recruiting experience.
3 years experience recruiting for data/analytics quantitative research or technology roles.
Advanced skills in reporting and analytics for recruiting data Excel (pivot tables formulas charts) SQL queries and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong understanding of analytics-oriented roles methodologies and technologies.
Experience managing and analysing ATS data (e.g. Workday Greenhouse Lever).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into operational decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to present data and hiring insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Background in data analytics or business intelligence prior to moving into recruiting.
Familiarity with HR data warehouses or APIs for data extraction.
Experience in financial services fintech or technology-driven organisations.
