Job Summary

Location: Godalming The Mill

Salary: 92719 to 99900 per annum 5k car allowance

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment

Were seeking an experienced Operations Director to join us on a fixed term basis at Grange Property Management. Youll lead on the strategy for sustainable profitable growth and preparation of the business and staff to meet the inevitable challenges bought about by the rapidly changing statutory and regulatory landscape within the property management industry.

Youll work closely with the Managing Director to provide effective and visible leadership and direction to Grange Management staff as well as working on the implementation of the business and financial plan directing strategy in the team to sustainable growth to meet longer term objectives.

Youll lead and mentor an effective team; Heads of service across 3 portfolios (Residential Retirement and Commercial) Providing strategic facilities and operational management advice and consultancy to the team and our leasehold and commercial customers.

Were looking for an innovative and a skilled leader in agile change management. Youll have extensive experience and knowledge gained from working in a similar residential and commercial property management role at a strategic level. Youll also need demonstratable understanding of the regulatory and operating environment of commercial and residential property management and the service and performance standards expected.
