Job Summary
Highly Likely Ojai is opening this fall and we are looking for a great General Manager!
We are an all day dining restaurant and bar serving a chef driven menu for breakfast/lunch/dinner 3rd wave coffee natural wine and craft cocktails.
We are looking for a great GM to oversee the overall operations of the restaurant. You will be responsible for managing the staff ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profits. Youll be involved with all aspects of the business from hiring and training employees to creating budgets and managing finances. Youll also establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors ensure compliance with local regulations and coordinate with other departments within the restaurant such as the kitchen bar and front-of-house staff. As the GM youll be the face of the restaurant and must ensure that guests have an amazing experience while also maintaining Highly Likelys high standards of service and quality. We are looking for a strong personable leader with business acumen and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
