Your Duties Beyond Answering Calls:
As the key point of contact for our German-speaking users you are the engine for a smooth customer experience.
- Professional Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries regarding bookings account information payments and technical issues primarily via phone and chat.
- Problem Resolution: Fast and effective analysis of customer concerns and independent development of solutions following defined processes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring a high standard of service quality and meticulous documentation of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the team to escalate complex cases and contribute to continuous process improvement.
