They are seeking a dutiful and energetic Art Guest Experience & Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of their space.
Please note that this is a trainee position and candidates are not fully-expected to be seasoned managers but will come in with the right aptitude and attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the daily operations of the studio including guiding guest experiences resetting stations cleaning up and maintaining inventory of art supplies.
- Manage staff and schedule planning.
- Lead and manage new experience or product rollouts.
- Monitor and report key metrics such as guest satisfaction scores inventory sales etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in operational or customer-facing roles in F&B retail entertainment or similar environments.
- Internship experience is welcome.
- People-friendly service-oriented and naturally warm personality.
- Organized responsible and possessing empathetic leadership traits.
- Open-minded to mentorship and a pathway into management.
- Strong plus for candidates that have an affinity for the arts.
