Within KTI our Innovation Unit is a dynamic cross-functional team driven by curiosity and a passion for experimentation. We deliver impactful solutions at the intersection of people technology and businesssolutions that matter today and shape tomorrow.

We are now looking for a Project Specialist Innovation Execution to join our team. This role is your gateway to leading digital innovation projects that make a real difference across Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa (APM).

What Youll Do

• Lead innovation projects from opportunity discovery to concept validation and scale-up readiness.

• Drive initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Generative AI and climate tech ensuring alignment with KONEs innovation strategy.

• Apply agile methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results with speed.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions and functions to secure buy-in and shared ownership.

• Engage external ecosystemsfrom global tech providers to startupsbringing cutting-edge solutions into KONE through approaches like venture client partnerships.

What Were Looking For

• Experience or recent studies in innovation project management ideally in digital transformation process innovation or AI-related areas.

• Proven ability to turn ideas into reality within a structured innovation framework.

• Familiarity with external innovation networks including startups and technology partners.

• Strong collaboration and influencing skills to lead diverse teams.

• Excellent problem-solving planning and communication skills in English.

• A degree in Engineering Business Design or a related fieldcombining technical and business understanding is a plus.

• Willingness to travel and engage with diverse markets and customers.

Location: Singapore Region: Asia Pacific Middle East & Africa (APM)
