Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to Team Lead this position will be part of the team within Distribution Services Department responsible for handling performance tracking reports for multi distribution channels.
Leading end-to-end performance-related automation projects including drafting user requirements developing test plans conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) logging defects and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Supporting the migration of data from regular reports into the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) to enable the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards that meet evolving business needs.
Creating and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Managing the computation of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) clawbacks for all incentive payments.
Responding to email inquiries from internal stakeholders and representatives in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborating closely with the Distribution Strategy team and other relevant stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
Engaging with external stakeholders and progressively taking on team leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry
Strong data management skills including handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to interpret data analyze trends and produce accurate reports.
Detail-oriented organized and able to present complex information in a simple and structured manner.
Proficient in MS Excel e.g. formulas pivot tables dashboard and other analytical tools e.g. Power BI
Strong communication skills and able to communicate clearly professionally and effectively across stakeholders.
