Job Summary
Description
Requirements
- Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into network/application infrastructure designs and services that meet intended availability capacity resiliency security and continuity needs.
- Forecast and manage budgets to support project initiatives and ongoing maintenance contracts.
- Work with service providers to design develop deploy and configure infrastructure solutions to meet confidentiality availability and data integrity requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery and support of infrastructure services ensuring operational stability performance and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other government agencies and central service teams to facilitate and deliver government-wide infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for project planning contract renewals and performance reviews.
- Prepare project documentation including design specifications system architecture and operational guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies recommending enhancements and streamlining processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members in infrastructure design and support.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure
