What youll do:
-Deliver top-quality client work on time.
-Own admin for technical and billing targets (meter reads time reporting equipment maintenance).
-Orchestrate shop operations: staffing scheduling budgets.
-Keep equipment in good shape and spot productivity upgrades.
-Ensure accurate billing and resolve issues.
-Track and escalate helpdesk tickets daily.
-Support Major Account Managers with client outreach site visits and events.
-Maintain up-to-date Client Relations Manuals and report to the District Manager.
-Manage inventory and supplies.
What youll bring:
-High school diploma; bachelors preferred.
-2 years in print or related roles a plus.
-Knowledge of print equipment and materials.
-Leadership strong customer service and clear communication.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Problem-solving for software/hardware issues.
