Job Summary
Our client a trusted outsourcing solutions company is expanding its customer service operations and looking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist in Alexandria. Responsibilities
Provide top-tier support to customers via phone email or chat
Ensure each interaction leads to customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Communicate effectively while upholding company standards
Handle daily tasks with professionalism empathy and a can-do attitude
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex or escalated issues
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (C1 or higher) both spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
Focused on providing high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
