Handle inbound customer calls in Spanish
Assist customers with inquiries regarding services accounts or bookings
Follow internal processes and meet service quality standards
Communicate fluently in Spanish (B2 minimum) and English (B1 minimum)
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Accurately document and update call records
Attend training and achieve KPIs
Collaborate with team leaders and internal support functions
Spanish language level: Minimum B2
English language level: Minimum B1
Must be able to work on-site in New Cairo
Graduates of any age are welcome
Dropouts must be 27 years old or above
Males: Rotational shifts (24/7)
Females: Rotational shifts up to 2:00 AM
Salary: Up to 26000 EGP NET/month
