What Youll Be Doing:
- Develop product positioning and messaging that speaks directly to customer needs
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches
- Create high-impact marketing collateral including datasheets presentations case studies and web content
- Support market research competitive analysis and trend monitoring to inform product and commercial strategy
- Deliver product briefings and train sales teams on product capabilities and differentiation
- Collaborate with Communications on integrated campaigns and thought leadership
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts including SEO email and social media
- Track and report on product marketing performance optimising messaging and campaigns based on data and feedback
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience in product marketing within a technical or engineering-led environment
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and technology product lifecycles
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and research skills
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional experience
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
- Several years of experience in data centres energy systems or industrial technology
- Degree in Marketing Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience in international markets and global product launches is a plus
- Skilled at translating engineering language into business impact
