Datadog is seeking an Associate Manager of Field Marketing to support and execute high-impact marketing programs across the UK and this role youll collaborate with regional Sales and Marketing teams to drive pipeline generation build brand awareness and deliver exceptional event experiences. Youll take ownership of regional programsboth in-person and virtualwhile gaining hands-on experience in campaign strategy execution and cross-functional alignment. What Youll Do:
- Plan and execute field marketing programs for UKI including Datadog Live events third-party sponsorships customer panels workshops and executive experiences
- Track and analyze program results to evaluate pipeline impact and optimize future campaigns
- Manage UKI field projects from planning through execution ensuring on-time on-brand delivery
- Own on-site logistics and execution for smaller high-touch regional events
- Collaborate with Sales Demand Generation Marketing Ops and other teams to localize content and maximize event engagement
- Support the ongoing development of the UKI field marketing strategy
Who You Are:
- 35 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in the technology industry
- Creative and results-oriented with a strong passion for customer-centric event experiences
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Independent detail-oriented and comfortable taking initiative
- Clear communicator in English both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Salesforce Google Suite and project management tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
