Middle School Sub-Separate Classroom Aide (IMMEDIATE)

Match Charter Public School an opening for a sub-separate classroom aide to start in the 2025-2026 school year. The position is based at Match Middle School located on 215 Forest Hills Jamaica Plain. The aide will support the success of a student with special needs who will learn in the middle schools sub-separate classroom. The aide will be expected to provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with the students educational physical and social-emotional needs. Throughout the school day the aide will support the students during instructional times both in and out of the classroom and during lunch breaks and other non-instructional times. The student is wheelchair-bound and will need support with:academic and social-emotional needsnavigating wheelchair throughout the schooltoileting and diaper changesThe aide is an integral member of our school team and collaborates closely with teachers leaders and the students family. It is a great opportunity for someone who relishes the idea of working with a student with special needs. This is a full-time position. Compensation is $52499.20 annual salary and can be higher if the candidate has prior relevant experience.
